It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding and practical experience of what research is, how research is conducted, and foundational knowledge and tools necessary for AI research. The class consists of lectures and various assignments, such as getting familiar with AI research tools, paper reviews, CV writing, and mini-paper writing, which can help students quickly onboard on AI research.
